On September 27, 2022, a representative of the Public Foundation “Fathers in Business” gave a lecture to students of the educational program 6B04202 Jurisprudence.

The lecture was delivered by the president of the public foundation “Fathers in Action” Mukhambetkaliev Daniyar Kanapiyanovich. The lecture was held within the framework of the topic “Challenging the rights of citizens in the field of family and legal relations in the specialized interdistrict juvenile court”. During the lesson, Daniyar Kanapiyanovich explained the laws on family law, domestic violence, divorce and the rights of minor children, spoke about the issues of consideration and resolution of the dispute in court. During the lecture, the procedure for judicial review of juvenile cases and the rules of their conduct were considered.

Students listened to the lecture with interest, asked topical questions from the field of practice. Statistics on juvenile cases were also announced.
