Today, on November 1, 2021, at 11.00, the Humanities and Legal Department of Disciplines of Engineering and Humanities Faculty organized and held a student scientific and practical conference within the framework of the scientific circle “Zhas criminalist” on the theme “Forensic modeling in the practice of crime investigation”.

The purpose of the conference is to develop criminology and forensic examination, to improve activities for the detection, investigation and prevention of crimes, including improving the means and methods of collecting, researching and using evidence. During the conference, a constructive dialogue of participants took place to discuss the trends in the development of science and practice, as well as the exchange of experience in the scientific and practical activities of criminologists. The problematic aspects of the implementation of the norms of legislation in the investigation, disclosure and consideration of criminal cases are considered.

The Conference was held offline, with the discussion of reports on the application in various fields of legal activity. Within the framework of the conference, the following areas were considered: Forensic records of law enforcement agencies Motive and purpose of the crime Attempted crime Punishments related to imprisonment.

The welcoming speech was made by the chairman of the Council of Young scientists of WKITU, senior lecturer of the Department of Humanitarian and Legal Disciplines Kurmanova Zh.B.

The moderator of the conference was the head of the scientific circle “Zhas criminalist” Dzhulamanov S.S., Master, senior lecturer of the Department of Humanities and Legal Disciplines. Members of the jury of the conference: Zhansultanova G.S. – Master of Humanities, Senior lecturer of the Department of Humanities and Legal Disciplines; Ganieva A.S. – Master of Law, senior lecturer of the Department of Humanities and Legal Disciplines.

The conference was attended by students of II, III courses of specialty “Jurisprudence”, “Legal regulation of the organization of transportation, traffic and operation of transport”.

At the end of the conference, the Master of Legal Sciences, senior lecturer of the Department of Humanities and Legal Disciplines Sarsenova A.Zh. She noted the thorough preparation of students, the reports at the conference were informative, and wished the students success in studying law.

The event was held organically and in a friendly atmosphere. According to the results of the conference, students were awarded with diplomas and letters of thanks.
