On September 16, the Volunteer Forum of the West Kazakhstan Region “Civic Responsibility and Volunteering: Based on the Values of Integrity” was held at the Atameken Palace of Culture in Uralsk.

This forum is more than just a meeting place; it’s an important platform designed to exchange relevant ideas among young people and community activists to take volunteer initiatives to the next level.

Modern volunteerism is an important resource for society.

It is not limited to charity, it forms civic values and educates young people to be concerned about the future of the country.

Volunteering is an act of sincere intent, a manifestation of honest work.

In his congratulatory speech, Deputy Akim of the West Kazakhstan Region K.E. Mendygaliev noted: “Today’s forum will not only strengthen the potential of the region’s volunteers, but will also provide an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences and create new partnership projects.

I would also like to note that these initiatives are closely linked to such national projects as “Taza Kazakhstan” and “Tauelsizdik Urpaktary”. The regional akimat consistently supports the volunteer movement. We are always ready to develop youth initiatives, provide financial and organizational support to volunteer projects.

During the forum, letters of gratitude were presented to volunteers for their active participation in the volunteer movement in our region.
