In order to develop a love of nature and form an ecological culture, students of the university’s educational programs «Standardization and Certification», «Life Safety and Environmental Protection» took an introductory tour to the Museum of Nature and Ecology of the city of Uralsk.

Due to the deterioration of the ecological situation on the planet, the task of educating young people about nature and ecology is becoming more urgent today, so that they become responsible and conscious citizens, ready to make decisions in favor of preserving the environment.

The students received informative information about the achievements of scientists, researchers, minerals, living insects, and finds of ancient animals in our region. The most interesting exhibits of the museum are the diorama «Steppe» and «Forest». The museum staff has created an atmosphere that allows them to better understand and appreciate the nature of their native land, and to be responsible for its preservation.

In general, the development of environmental culture among students is an important task that concerns not only their personal growth, but also the future of our planet as a whole.

We are immensely grateful to Assel Umargalievna Dzhumagazieva, the head of the museum, and the museum staff for their contribution to the development and maintenance of such a wonderful museum!
