On August 29, 2025, at the “Atameken” Art Center, a scientific and practical conference titled “Formation of the Legal Culture of Society”, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was held. The conference was attended by regional intellectuals, labor veterans, university leaders and faculty members, deputies of regional and city maslikhats, representatives of non-governmental organizations, employees of state and law enforcement agencies, as well as active youth.

During the conference, reports were presented and discussions were held on the role and significance of the Constitution in the country’s development, the stages and features of Kazakhstan’s constitutional development, and its importance as the foundation for the future progress of the Republic. On behalf of the West Kazakhstan Innovative-Technological University, the Director of the Institute of Education and Management, Doctor of Historical Sciences A.S. Tasmagambetov, delivered his report to the intellectual community.
