On September 9, 2025, in the Assembly Hall of the STI academic building, located at No. 44 M. Ikhsanov street, in order to explain the address of the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan K. K. Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan “Kazakhstan in the age of artificial intelligence: current tasks through digital transformation and their solution”, on September 8 this year, a meeting of 1st year students was held with employees of the Police Department of the West Kazakhstan region and representatives of JSC Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan in terms of the implementation of the concept of law and order by citizens of the country, prevention of offenses, in particular cybersecurity.

The moderator of the meeting was the head of the STI compliance service associate professor of the Department of law, Ph. D., veteran of the Department of internal affairs, Colonel of the Reserve Police T. H. Rakhmetov, senior operative of the Department of countering cybercrime of the PD of West Kazakhstan region zh.zh. Akhmetov, head of the retail business center and employees of the Security Department V. A. Bezyanov, Sultanov zh. K. Abdigalieva B-Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC president of the Republic of Kazakhstan K. K. Tokayev 8 the purpose of the meeting was to explain the concept of “law and order” to the people of Kazakhstan in order to preserve the legal, digital and financial literacy of young people.

Speaking to the students, employees of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC Dyusengalieva R. R., Bezyanov V. A. explained the types of fraud, as well as the use of personal data of Citizens, Bank cards and correct behavior. Also, for preventive purposes, presentations of materials were presented and booklets were distributed on the topic of the meeting. The event was informative and aroused the interest of students. The guests of the meeting answered many questions of students.

At the end of the event, moderator Rakhmetov T. H. thanked the guests from all the staff and students of the STI and wished them success in their activities and further fruitful cooperation.
