The main task of the ongoing transformations is to improve the well-being of the population, further strengthen our statehood and harmonious development of society.
The people of Kazakhstan made a historic choice – they adopted the Basic Law of the country.
This expresses our desire to develop a legal society, moving along the path of democratic transformations. Its development is based on a solid foundation of constitutional norms and principles that ensure stability in politics and social life, strengthen interethnic peace and friendship.
