18.09.23.g at the Department of “Law” of WKITU for students of the educational program 6B04202 Jurisprudence, a practice-oriented lesson was conducted through the use of the training functionality of the “Forensic polygon”.
The lesson was held in the discipline “Theory and practice of investigation of criminal offenses”. During the lesson, in conditions as close as possible to the real scene of the incident, the students learned how to carry out urgent investigative actions in the form of an inspection of the crime scene against life and health. Associate Professor of the Department – Arman Abdrashituly demonstrated the rules for the use of methods for detecting, fixing and removing traces of a crime, as well as parameters for determining their suitability for further use as evidence in criminal proceedings. The students also mastered the principles of collecting other information concerning the identity of the suspect and the victim, the rules for interviewing eyewitnesses and persons allegedly having important information for the investigation.
