In order to foster a sense of patriotism, love for their people, an excursion to the Manshuk Mametova Memorial Museum was held for students of the University’s educational programs “Standardization and Certification”, “Life Safety and Environmental Protection”. The House Museum, which has been operating for more than 30 years, is a center for perpetuating the memory of a heroic countryman – a legendary, brave machine gunner, who posthumously received the title Hero of the Soviet Union for her military services during the Great Patriotic War.
The students received informative information about Manshuk Mametova from the moment of her birth to her death on the battlefield, defending their homeland from fascism. The museum’s expositions tell about the history of the war, about the fighting on the Soviet-German front, and the museum’s exposition also presents the life and interior of houses in the thirties of the last century. The museum staff has created an atmosphere that allows you to understand how people lived a hundred years ago.
Using the example of such legendary people as Manshuk, modern youth learns to preserve spiritual and moral values. We are immensely grateful to the museum staff for their contribution to the people and THANK them!
