To the 25th anniversary of the University and to the Decade of science of the ZKITU, dedicated to the birthday of Academician K. Satpayeva, on April 9 of this year, the Department of Law hosted a scientific and practical student conference on the topic: “Digitalization of legal relations: challenges and prospects.” The conference was attended by faculty members of the department and students of the Law School and Judicial and Prosecutorial Activities.
The purpose of the scientific and practical student conference is to discuss topical issues and problems related to the introduction of digital technologies in the field of legal relations, to study the impact of digitalization on the development of legislation, law enforcement practice and legal awareness of citizens, as well as to identify new challenges and opportunities that legal science and practice face in the context of digital transformation.
The conference speakers presented papers on topics prepared jointly with scientific supervisors. The discussion touched upon important issues and topical issues in the field of digitalization of legal relations and legal regulation of cybersecurity. Following the results of the conference, the commission noted the best reports on the subject and solemnly awarded diplomas and certificates.
