In the President’s message to the people of Kazakhstan dated September 1, 2023, Head of State K. Tokaev instructed the Government, in colloboration with the AMANAT party, to implement the “Karyzsyz kogam” project. The project is designed to reduce the number of debtors and reduce the debt burden of the population.

In order to improve financial literacy, students and teachers of WKTU from September 18 to 29, 2023, take the “Karyzsyz kogam” course, organized by the AMANAT party. The course is taught by financial expert Nazgul Shynbaevna Sharafeddinova. Project participants will be able to effectively manage their finances, formulate a budget correctly, and learn how to open a business financed under the state program. At the end of the course, all participants will be awarded certificates.
