On December 1, 2025, a joint guest lecture was held with the participation of faculty members from the Ulyanov Chuvash State University, a partner institution.

Before students and lecturers of the West Kazakhstan Innovative-Technological University, Head of the Department of Electrotechnologies, Electrical Equipment and Automated Production, Associate Professor, PhD in Engineering Alexey Germanovich Kalinin delivered a report titled “Friction Stir Welding Technology in the Production of Electrical Engineering Products.” In addition, Head of the Department of Robotics and Applied Mechanics, Professor, Doctor of Technical Sciences Sergey Anatolyevich Vasiliev presented a lecture on “Robotics and Automation of Production in the Agro-Industrial Complex.”

For students of the Ulyanov Chuvash State University, Associate Professor of the Department of Energy, Automation and Computer Engineering, PhD in Engineering Lyazat Anatolyevna Sadykova delivered a lecture on “Challenges and Prospects for the Development of Alternative Energy in Kazakhstan.”

At the invitation of both sides, the event was also attended by the Chief Technologist of the Urals Transformer Plant, Dinislam Imanaliyevich Shaimerdenov.

The meeting was productive: students asked their questions of interest and were invited to participate in the student scientific-practical conference, which will be held on April 14–15, 2026, at the Chuvash State University.
