The Department of Petroleum Engineering conducted Silver University courses from March 27 to April 14, 2026, on the topic “Artificial Intelligence for Educators: Tools, Ideas, and Inspiration.” The course program consisted of 8 sessions, each aimed at developing practical skills in using modern digital tools in educational and research activities.
All sessions were devoted to актуal aspects of integrating artificial intelligence into teaching practice—from a basic understanding of technologies to their application in the educational process and scientific research. Participants explored the possibilities of AI for automating routine tasks, developing educational materials, generating ideas, and visualizing information.
Special attention was given to the practical orientation of the course. During the sessions, participants studied free and accessible tools, learned how to create interactive materials, and discussed issues of ethics and responsibility in the use of artificial intelligence in education.
The lecturers successfully engaged the audience, creating a dynamic and productive learning environment. Throughout the sessions, актуal topics were actively discussed, participants shared their experiences, asked questions, and received detailed answers.
The final stage of the course was the implementation of a practical project titled “My AI Assistant in Teaching,” within which participants developed their own approaches to integrating artificial intelligence into the educational process.
The courses demonstrated a high level of interest among educators in modern digital technologies and confirmed the need for further development of competencies in artificial intelligence within the higher education system.
