On April 17, 2026, the Department of Energy, Automation and Computer Engineering held the International Student Scientific and Practical Conference «Intelligent Technologies in Electric Power Engineering, Automation and Computer Engineering».

Students from Udmurt State Agrarian University, Tambov State Technical University, Saratov State University of Genetics, Biotechnology and Engineering named after N. I. Vavilov, Chuvash State University named after I. N. Ulyanov, as well as Zhangir Khan West Kazakhstan Agrarian and Technical University and WKITU took part in the conference.

More than 20 presentations were delivered, covering актуальные topics such as digitalization of the energy sector, automation of industrial processes, application of intelligent systems, IoT, robotics, and renewable energy sources.

The participants demonstrated a high level of preparation and the practical significance of their research. Following the conference, results were summarized and the importance of further development of interuniversity scientific cooperation was emphasized.
