From November 16 to 18, 2023, the professorial teaching staff of the Department of Law of the WKITU passed a refresher course at the ministry of ecology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan aimed at optimizing law enforcement practice and scientific and theoretical substantiation of the norms of the Environmental code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The seminar program included problematic issues of industrial waste management, legal regulation of emissions into the environment, environmental control, environmental impact assessment and the legal regime for holding economic entities accountable for violations of environmental legislation.
Experts of environmental control, legal support, heads of departments of state waste management policy and metrological and analytical control were appointed as lecturers of the seminar.
Following the results of the seminar, the teachers of the department received appropriate certificates.
