On November 25, 2025, the Institute of Education and Management of the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University held a seminar on “Determining Students’ Career Paths: Modern Approaches and Effective Practices” for career guidance teachers from Uralsk schools. Teachers from 44 schools participated in the event.

During the meeting, guests were introduced to basic methods for choosing a future career, recommendations for unlocking students’ potential, artificial intelligence modules in career guidance, and guidelines for passing the National Unified Test and applying for a state grant.

During the second part of the event, the institute’s departments presented educational programs for career guidance specialists in dedicated rooms.

At the conclusion of the seminar, guests received letters of gratitude.
