Opening this event, moderator of the Institute Compliance Officer, Candidate of law, senior lecturer of the Department of law Rakhmetov T. Kh. at the 111 national kurultai held in Atyrau on March 18, President of the country Tokayev K. K. noted the need to combat five new vices of our society-domestic violence, offensive aggression and wastefulness, reliably blocking drug trafficking and drug addiction, ludomania, family and social problems. Every citizen of our country should include ideals in the concept of “honest citizen”, which is inextricably linked with the creation of a just Kazakhstan.
Students were encouraged to strive for the identity of an” honest citizen ” – a person who should have the best qualities, work honestly and achieve decent success, putting honesty and justice above all else.
Speaking at the meeting, honored veterans Lyudmila Ilyinichna and Mendygul Kurmangalievich told young people in detail about their student years, the first years of service in the Internal Affairs bodies and subsequent formation. Despite the difficulties, both were faithful to the oaths they took and worked faithfully, achieving well-deserved success in the activities of protecting the rule of law and the constitutional rights of citizens .Young employees had mentors. Both veterans decided to go on well-deserved rest and pass on their rich experience to the younger generation, so L.Muratova and for more than 10 years taught legal disciplines at our university, and Kurmangaliyev M. K. taught basic military training at the Burlinsky Agricultural College for more than 15 years. The veterans raise hardworking children, and today they raise grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
