The Republican Olympiad on financial literacy and security among baccalureate students of economic programs, organized by the Department of Accounting and Finance of the Faculty of Economics of the Kazakh Agro-Technical Research University named after S. Seifullin on the topic “FinIQ – financial literacy and security” was attended by 3rd year students of EP 6B04106 – Finance Mirgaleev Timur and Bazarov Amir, scientific supervisors – Masters of Economics, senior lecturers Salimbaeva Sh.D. and Togasheva D.S.
The Olympiad consisted of three stages: Stage 1 – preliminary selection testing, which took place on April 17 in an online format. On April 24, stages 2 and 3 were organized, where students solved situational problems and successfully defended a project on the topic “Financial literacy and security”. Following the results of the Olympiad, students of the Finance program were awarded a diploma in the nomination “Best Financial Analyst”.
