On the 23-24th of October 2023, professor of the department of general education disciplines Kadyrgaliev N.M. a quiz-competition on the history of Kazakhstan was organized and held among first-year students at the Industriy Technology Institute of WKITU, dedicated to the Republic Day.

The program of the quiz-competition included questions on the discipline “History of Kazakhstan,” starting with the adoption of the declaration of state sovereignty of the Kazakh SSR from October 25, 1990 to the present day. The purpose of this event is the formation of patriotic feelings; consolidation of knowledge about Kazakhstan, life, culture, holidays; develop the idea of ​​respect for the Motherland and state symbols, etc.

The Ist place in the Russian groups was taken by the “Penior Shtarg” team, students of EP 6B06104 “Computer Science and Information Systems”, 2nd place – by the “Red Order” team, students of EP 6B09103 “Veterinary Science”, 3rd place – by the team “Ush zhuz” EP 6B07301 “Architecture”.
