25.01.2023, according to the plan of the educational program “Law Enforcement,” 4-year students on the basis of dual training were given a lecture by the senior prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of the city of Uralsk, junior adviser to justice Utemisov Makhat Rafkhatovich on the topic “Prosecutor’s supervision at the pre-trial production stage” under the discipline “Prosecutor’s supervision.”

The lecture revealed to students the procedure for conducting and information about the beginning, organization and conduct of prosecutor’s supervision at the stage of pre-trial investigation. In addition, comprehensive answers were given to students’ questions.

At the end of the lecture, Utemisov M.R. shared his experience, gave several examples from practice, in this regard he was honored with gratitude from students for the intusiasm shown in the lecture.
