On December 8, 2022, at 10 o’clock, students of the educational programs 6B04202-Jurisprudence, 6B04203-Legal regulation of transportation, traffic and operation of transport attended a practice-oriented lesson in the courtroom of the Specialized Interdistrict Criminal Court. The lesson was organized by senior teachers of the EHF Department of Law B.Z. Akhmetzhan, Zh.K. Tuleugalieva, A.Zh.Sarsenova.

The practice-oriented lesson was held in the courtroom, during the examination of the criminal case of theft. The students got acquainted with the procedure of the main trial in practice. At the time appointed for the main trial, the secretary of the court session announces to those present in the courtroom: “I ask everyone to stand up! The trial is coming!”. After that, the presiding judge enters the courtroom, invites everyone present to take their seats and announces which criminal case will be considered in open or closed court session.
