On February 9, 2023, senior teachers of the Department of Philology, Culture and Teaching Methods of the West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technology University, Zhanar Mendigereevna Samatova and Aliya Sainovna Muratova conducted a practice-oriented lesson with 1st-year students of the educational program “History”, “Psychology” at the M.Mametova Memorial Museum on the topic: “Memory is stronger than time.”

The purpose of the lesson is to foster patriotic feelings based on the heroic history of our people, respect for the history of our native land.

Students prepared information about the Hero of the Soviet Union Manshuk Mametova. The students were shown valuable exhibits: letters, personal belongings, household items and photographs by M.Mametova.

Many students visited this museum for the first time and were impressed by the story and the valuable exhibits provided.

Following the results of the lesson at the museum, the students exchanged positive impressions of the expositions, and also received an invaluable lesson in patriotism, courage and morality.
