On September 25, 2024, Kuatbek Gulnar Kuatbekovna, senior lecturer of the Department of Law of WKITU, took part in the international round table organized by Tashkent State Law University on the topic: “actual problems of the development of local public administration and self-government: the experience of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan”. The Round Table was held with the participation of Kazakhstani scientists. At the round table, famous scientists of Uzbekistan, professor of the Department of constitutional law of Tashkent State Law University, doctor of law Ruzmetov Khairullo Ibadullayevich and Doctor of law Yuldashev Azizjon Ergashevich made very informative reports. On the part of Kazakhstan, scientists such as Gulnar Aitchanovna Alibayeva, doctor of law, professor of D. A. Kunaev University, as well as Doctor of law, professor Rakimbayev Erkinbek Nurudinovich presented a report “local self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan: state, Problems, Solutions”. At this round table, Kuatbek Gulnar Kuatbekovna made a report “comparative legal analysis of information transparency of local representative bodies in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan”, considered topical issues of information transparency in the activities of kengash and maslikhats, and proposed reactive and proactive ways to disclose information.
