On November 11, 2025, as part of Education Quality Week, associate professor of the Department of History and Law, Candidate of Law, Kh.M. Kustavletov, held an open study with the POD-321 group on the subject of “Operational Investigative Activities” on the topic: “Investigative Activities of Operational Investigative Agencies.”
The study was conducted as a seminar-training. Students actively participated in the discussion of the topic, sharing examples from the forensic and investigative practices of law enforcement agencies. Additionally, the students themselves asked questions regarding the activities of law enforcement agencies in the field of operational investigative work.
The main focus is on operational investigative activities, which play a vital role in the existence of any state, as they are aimed at ensuring the security of society and the state, protecting the lives, health, rights, freedoms, and legitimate interests of citizens, foreigners, and stateless persons temporarily or permanently residing in the country, as well as property in various forms. In one form or another, these activities may affect legal entities and individuals, not only within the Republic of Kazakhstan, but in some cases, also beyond its borders.
