On March 3, 2026, an open seminar class was held for the YUR-35O group by Senior Lecturer of the Department of Law, G.K. Kuatbek, on the topic “Special Claim Proceedings and Special Proceedings.” During the class, the legal nature of special claim proceedings and special proceedings, as well as their differences and application procedures, were thoroughly discussed. Students exchanged views on theoretical issues and conducted legal analysis based on current regulatory legal acts.
Through group work and situational tasks, the students demonstrated their skills in drafting procedural documents and providing legal justification. Specific cases were analyzed, including appeals against decisions of state bodies and the procedure for recognizing a citizen as missing.
The lesson was conducted in an open dialogue format, and the students demonstrated a high level of engagement. In the concluding part of the class, key concepts were reinforced and students’ responses were evaluated. The open lesson achieved its objectives by contributing to the deepening of students’ theoretical knowledge and the development of their practical skills.
