On October 12, 2022, an online webinar was held on the development of the national network of Technology and Innovation Support Centers (CTI) in Kazakhstan organized by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in cooperation with the RSE “National Institute of Intellectual Property” of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and KAZPATENT.

The presentation was made by Mussadiq Hussain – Head of the Technology Information Section of WIPO and Natalie Montillo – Program Officer, Development Section of the CTI, WIPO.

The head of the Center for Engineering and Professional Certification of IGF WKITU K.A. Ikhsanov took part in the webinar.

Following the results of the webinar, a decision was made to further develop the National Network of the CTI in Kazakhstan, of which the West Kazakhstan University of Innovation and Technology is a member.
