On March 5, 2025, in honor of the 25th anniversary of the IOT WKITU, teachers and advisors of the department of veterinary and technosphere safety organized a competition “My specialty is my pride”, in which students of the 1st year of EP 6B11201 – “Life safety and environmental protection” and 6B09103 – “Veterinary” actively participated.

The purpose of this competition is to popularize the professions of veterinarians, firefighters, rescuers, etc., establish friendly relations between students, strengthen their determination and motivation, expand the quality of knowledge and academic performance. The competition consisted of stages, then:

1) the “Familiarization” stage (group name, motto)

2) the “Talent” stage (homework assignment)

3) the “Resourcefulness” stage

4) the stage “How well do you know your specialty?”

5) Awarding.

The jury members selected from the faculty – senior lecturer, head of the MSC – Kenesarina K. Kh; candidate of Veterinary Sciences, associate Professor – Keikieva K. K.; Master of Science, senior lecturer – Khamieva N.S. fairly assessed the results of the students.

According to the results of the competition, by the decision of the jury, the 1st place was taken by the students of the LSEP-11O group, the captain of the team Otargali Yerdaulet Alpamysovich, the 2nd place was taken by the students of the VET – 11O group, the captain of the team Mendiyar Talshyn Ayazbievna.
