On November 25, the head of the research work of students of the Department of «Oil and Gas Engineering», Master of Technical Sciences Uteeva Toigan Nasipkalievna held a scientific and practical conference «Modern technologies in the oil and gas industry» within the framework of the student circle «Oil without Borders».
The conference began with a speech by the head of the Department of Oil and Gas Business, Ph.D. Akhmetzhan Samal Zakikyzy and on behalf of the teaching staff of the department, ass. Professor Ihsanov Kairbek Aitzhanovich spoke, where he focused on the research work of students.
The second stage of the conference continued with a report by students of the 2-3 courses of the educational program 6B07201-Oil and gas business, students reported meaningfully with reasoned data.
During the conference, the technologies of oil extraction from the subsurface and the equipment for oil and gas extraction used for their implementation, new ideas for the development of oil and gas technologies and the use of innovative approaches in the design of oil and gas facilities, as well as types of improvement of oil production, methods of mathematical modeling of technological processes were discussed.
