On September 23, the mentoring event “Together It’s Easier” was held at the Department of Energy, Automation, and Computer Engineering of the Institute of Industry Technologies. The event brought together students from all years enrolled in the educational programs: “Electric Power Engineering,” “Automation and Control (by Industries),” and “Computer Engineering and Information Systems.”The goal of the meeting was to create an atmosphere of trust and support, help first-year students adapt to the academic process, and establish connections with senior students. Third-year students shared their experiences, talked about the nuances of studying and extracurricular life, answered questions from newcomers, and gave practical advice. Such events contribute to the development of mentorship culture, strengthen the student community, and make the learning environment more comfortable.
