As part of Quality Week 2024, with the theme “Professional Pedagogical Activity as the Foundation for the Formation of Pedagogical Mastery,” on November 13, 2024, the Department of Physical Culture and Informatics organized a meeting on the topic “Overcoming Boundaries: Inspiration Through Sport.” The moderators and organizers of the meeting were Ayanbek Imanbaevich Abekeshev and Roza Maratovna Bakesova.

The goal of the meeting with the Honored Trainer of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Azon Nurmukhanovich Shaymardanov, was to exchange experiences, discuss the prospects for the development of sports in the region, and explore possible ways to improve the training of young athletes. Furthermore, one of the goals of the meeting was to organize joint projects or initiatives aimed at developing sports infrastructure, strengthening ties between coaches, athletes, and sports organizations, and increasing the role of sport in society.

Shaymardanov Azon Nurmukhanovich is an Honored Trainer of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a renowned expert in sports training. He gained recognition for his many years of work in coaching and for the achievements of his athletes in various competitions, including international tournaments.

Shaymardanov’s contribution to the development of sports culture and coaching excellence was recognized at the state level, as evidenced by his being awarded the title of Honored Trainer.
