To this end, on November 12-15, 2022, Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs Abekeshev Ayanbek Imanbaevich held meetings with advisors of academic groups of faculties.
He held an open conversation on the topic “Satisfaction of students of an educational institution on issues of learning and personal development, learning outcomes, and assistance to them.”
One of the main and important questions of today is to answer the questions on what ideological basis we will educate future youth, what will be their moral consciousness and social orientation, and indicate ways and methods.
In his speech, the vice-rector for educational work Abekeshev Ayanbek Imanbayevich shared his experience of working with students and emphasized that the first impression of the advisor when meeting the group depends on how quickly and constructively the interaction between them is formed. Here the impression of the first meeting plays an important role.
Therefore, the adviser from the very beginning should be set up for kindness, respect and equality when making decisions with students in a group. After all, an advisor can significantly help a student group to accelerate the self-expression of students and give a constructive direction, promote their rapprochement, prevent the appearance of “outcasts” and increase mutual tolerance among students. All these processes are formed during the first meetings of students with an advisor.
He emphasized the importance of the work carried out by academic group advisors and noted that such meetings are an excellent opportunity not only to familiarize young advisors with the opportunities offered by the university, but also to establish systematic work and advise advisors who are just starting their journey.
