On November 22, 2023, the institutes of industry technologies, Education and management organized a meeting with the Deputy head of the Abai Police Department, Police Captain Nurbolatov Armat Berikovich on the topic “Crime prevention” for 1st year students of the West Kazakhstan University of Innovation and Technology. The meeting was attended by msl senior lecturer of the Department of “Social Disciplines and Physical Culture” L.A. Klimova, msl senior lecturer of the Department of “Law” G.A.Nurtaza, head of the Department of Educational Work and Social Problems D.S. Tolekbaуeva

During the meeting, Armat Berikuly spoke about juvenile delinquency, its causes and consequences, ways to avoid becoming a victim of fraud, which is currently an urgent problem in society.

He also spoke in detail about the requirements and algorithms of actions when joining the police, the advantages of working in the internal affairs bodies, explained in detail the subtleties of the work of investigators, revealed the difficulties encountered during the service, and ways to solve them.

During the event, students asked their questions and were able to express their opinions.
