On December 2, 2025, a meeting between police and prosecutors with students was held at the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University as part of the “Law and order” concept. The meeting focused on the topic: “Law and order are the foundation of our country”.

The main aim of the event was to enhance students’ legal awareness, prevent juvenile delinquency, inform them about the types and risks of online fraud, protect against cybercrime, and foster a respectful attitude toward the law among young people.

During the meeting, Artur Gaisyevich Musagaliev, Head of the Cybercrime Department of the West Kazakhstan Region Police Department, and Zhanar Omirgalieva, senior assistant to the Regional Prosecutor, delivered substantive reports. Major Rafhat Shmidovich Musagaliev, local police inspector on migration services of the Abai Police Department, and senior lieutenant Kuantai Eltaevich Khamitov, local police inspector of the Abai Police Department, provided a detailed explanation of current issues related to youth crime prevention, cybersecurity, common types of online fraud, and protection methods.

Furthermore, police captain Aida Kaziyevna Kurmanalieva, local police inspector of the Abai Police Department, presented a report on “Juvenile Delinquency Prevention,” sharing important information and recommendations for young people.

The event concluded with Talgat Khasanovich Rakhmetov, compliance officer of the WKITU, associate professor of the Law Department, Candidate of Law, veteran of the internal affairs agencies, and police colonel (reserve), who provided valuable advice to the students on legal liability and safety culture. At the end of the meeting, students asked questions, discussed aspects of improving legal culture, ensuring online security and personal responsibility, and watched videos prepared by legal education specialists.
