In accordance with the recommendations of the IAAR specialized accreditation standards on the need to develop ties with foreign partner universities, on March 12, 2024, a meeting was held at the Institute of Industrial Technologies of WKITU with 1st year students enrolled in educational programs of technical and biological directions.

Professor of the Department of Veterinary Medicine and Technosphere Safety, Doctor of Chemical Sciences Burakhta Vera Alekseevna told the students about the international cooperation of WKITU in the field of education and science, noting the active participation of teachers and students in joint scientific projects, conferences, academic mobility.

The meeting was attended by Nikolai Prokazov, a graduate of WKITU under the educational program 6B11201- “Environmental Protection and life safety”, currently a master’s student of Saratov State Technical University named after Yu.a. Gagarin, who presented a presentation and spoke about the prospects for studying in the magistracy of a Russian university in the direction of “environmental safety” on a budgetary basis.

The students who took part showed great interest in questions about international cooperation and asked questions of interest to them.
