On the eve of the XXI Forum of Interregional Cooperation between Russia and Kazakhstan with the participation of the heads of state, a meeting with representatives of higher education and science of the Saratov region was held at the University. The meeting was attended by Minister of Economic Development of the Saratov region Razborov A.A., Rector of Saratov State University of Genetics, Biotechnology and Engineering named after N.I. Vavilov Soloviev D.A., Vice-rector for Continuing Education Maslyuk N.V., Director of the Institute of International Relations Shadrina A.A. Vavilov University, as well as Vice-rector for Digital Transformation and External Relations of the Saratov State Law Academy A.I. Permyakov, Head of the International Relations Development Sector E.O. Pazyna and Lisitskyan.M. Head of the Educational and Methodological Department of the Saratov State Technical University named after Yuri Gagarin. The issues of exporting educational services, as well as the implementation of joint programs and projects within the framework of interuniversity cooperation were discussed at the meeting. Rector of ZKITU B.T. Shakeshev focused on issues related to scientific and pedagogical training, joint research projects and educational programs, exchange of students and scientific and pedagogical staff. The meeting was held in the building of the Institute of Industrial Technologies, where the guests were greeted on the eve of the Nauryz Meiram holiday with national treats.
