This year marks 80 years since the end of the bloodiest conflict in human history — World War II.
On May 9, 2025, Victory Day, the staff of the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University went to Victory Square to observe a minute of silence to honor the memory of the heroes who gave their lives for their Motherland under fire and bullets, and laid flowers at the eternal flame.
The event was attended by the university’s management, faculty, and students.
