On November 21, 2024, veteran criminologist Konakbayev Zhanbolat Zhankuatovich held a guest lecture for students of educational programs 6B04202 – “Jurisprudence”, 6B04207 “Judicial and prosecutorial activity” on the topic “Criminalistics and its directions”.

In his lecture, Zhanbolat Zhankuatovich touched upon the main aspects of work in the field of criminology, sharing his rich experience and practical skills. He began by defining criminology and emphasized its importance in modern production and management processes. In his opinion, criminology is an opportunity to improve the efficiency, accuracy and speed of tasks. When considering criminal and civil cases, he develops a system of special methods, methods and means of collecting, recording, researching and using judicial evidence.

These approaches and methods are used in criminal proceedings for the prevention, detection and investigation of crimes, as well as for the trial of criminal and, in some cases, civil cases.

At the end of the lecture, Zhanbolat Zhankuatovich answered the questions of the audience and gave some practical advice.
