On March 18, 2026, a guest lecture was held at the Department of Architecture and Construction of the Institute of Engineering and Technology of with the participation of Marat Talgatovich Gvbdushev, Head of the Department of Land Management, Geodetic Works and Technical Inspection of Real Estate (UZGRiTON) of the branch of the NJSC “State Corporation “Government for Citizens” in the West Kazakhstan Region, on the topic: “Organizational Structure of a Government Agency.”

The guest lecture was attended by the teaching staff of the Department of Architecture and Construction, as well as 1st–3rd year students enrolled in the educational program 6B07303 – “Land Management and Cadastre.”
The lecturer spoke about the organizational structure of a government agency, the main areas of activity of the department, and modern requirements for specialists in the field of land management and cadastre. Particular attention was paid to practical aspects of work, interaction with the public, and the use of modern geodetic technologies.

The guest lecture was conducted at a high level. The teaching staff and students thoroughly and comprehensively familiarized themselves with the topic, and the lecturer answered questions of interest.
