03.05.2023 by senior teachers of the West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technology University, Masters of Law Sarsenova Ainur Zheksenbaevna and Gabdulov Akhat Zhomartovich for students of the educational programs “Jurisprudence”, “Law Enforcement” in the direction of dual education in the discipline “Criminal Procedure Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan” Master of Law, Head of the Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Proceedings and Criminalistics Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbayeva, police Colonel Sakhanova Nelly Talapovna gave a lecture in an online format on the topic “General conditions and rules of investigative actions at the stage of pre-trial investigation”. The lecture was attended by employees of the investigative and criminal police units of the Uralsk city Prosecutor’s Office and the WKO DP units, teachers of the department Tuleugalieva Zh. K. and Aralbekov G. B.

During the lecture, the students were explained the grounds for starting a pre-trial investigation at the pre-trial investigation stage and about the investigative actions used during the investigation, as well as about the general conditions and methods of their application. Then the students asked questions on the analysis of problematic issues encountered in investigative actions, and received consistent answers from the lecturer. At the end of the lecture, the senior prosecutor of the Ural City Prosecutor’s Office Utemisov M. R. spoke, who thanked the organizers and the lecturer of the event. The students also expressed gratitude to N.T. Sakhanova for sharing her experience and giving a lecture.
