On April 29, 2022 there was a meeting of the I, II courses students by educational program 6B04202 “Jurisprudence”, 6B04203 “Legal regulation of the organization of transportation, traffic and operation of transport” with the Chairman of the Judicial Board for Administrative Affairs of West Kazakhstan Regional Court Idirov Yerlan Ilishevich at Engineering and Humanitarian Faculty of West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University. The opening speech was made by the head of the Department of Humanities and Legal Disciplines, Candidate of Historical Sciences, Professor Kadyrgaliev N.M. The meeting discussed issues of the judicial authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, mediation as a procedure for reconciliation of conflicting parties through their entry into voluntary negotiations with the participation of a third neutral party. The wide interest of the students was aroused by the judge’s story about the formation of his career and the choice of this profession. There were questions from students: “Is it necessary to know the state language in the judicial system?”, “Is there an opportunity to work in the judicial board, having a relative with a criminal record?”, “Is there pressure on the judge from convicts?”.
