At the invitation of the organizing Committee of the Tambov State Technical University, teachers of the Department of «EAiVT»: associate professors Zakharov V.P. and Sadykova L.A. took part in the IV International Scientific Conference “Digital transformation in energy, dedicated to the Day of Power Engineering, which took place from 21.12-22.12.2022.

The objectives of the conference were: presentation of scientists and students of TSTU and partner universities of Russia and abroad on the problems of modern energy, the specifics of creating digital platforms and solutions in the field of energy efficiency, finding ways to reduce the costs of maintaining and managing energy systems through digital monitoring and predictive analytics, developing promising methods of energy distribution and conservation, optimizing energy systems.

Teachers of ZKITU made presentations on “The state of the National Energy system of Kazakhstan” and “Aspects of the quality of electric energy in the power supply systems of the West Kazakhstan region” in the section “Digital methods and technologies in the production processes of the electric power industry”.

Since the objectives of the conference were: creating conditions for effective interaction and development of scientific ties between scientists of the Tambov region and scientists of partner universities, developing the intellectual potential of participants in events, engaging in joint research activities; creating a favorable environment for organizing scientific activities, therefore, a meeting was held with the leadership of faculties, heads of departments of Energy, Information Systems, Architecture andconstruction, machinery and technology of motor transport.

Further work plans were outlined on the Roadmap, lectures on the directions, advanced training with the issuance of a diploma, academic mobility of students and teaching staff, joint research activities.
