On December 2, 2025, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Energy, Automation, and Computer Engineering D. E. Zhukenova conducted a master class within the framework of the School of Pedagogical Excellence on the topic “Case Lessons on the Joyteka Platform.”

During the master class, participants were introduced to the features of the Joyteka educational platform and learned effective methods for organizing interactive lessons using the case method. In the practical part of the master class, attendees practiced creating their own case tasks, developing assignments, and using tools aimed at increasing student engagement.

The master class focused on enhancing teachers’ digital competencies and improving the educational process through the capabilities of the Joyteka platform. Participants gained new methodological recommendations and practical experience that they can apply in their professional practice.
