On the 4th of September 2026, the Department of General Education Disciplines organized and held a student scientific and practical conference on the theme “Language – The Spiritual Wealth of the People”, dedicated to the birthday of Akhmet Baitursynuly and the Day of Languages of the People of Kazakhstan.
The moderator of the conference – Kurmanova Zh.B., the Head of the Department of General Education Disciplines, senior Lecturer.
The first report, entitled “The State Language – A Symbol of Independence”, was spoken by Professor of the Department Shkanova B.A.
The main goal of the conference was to strengthen friendship, mutual respect, and harmony among all ethnic groups of the country, as well as to contribute to the development and preservation of languages.
As part of this scientific event, 12 reports prepared by first- and second-year students of the Industrial Technology Institute of under the guidance of scientific supervisors and advisors were presented and discussed.
