As part of the career guidance plan, employees of the Marketing and Pre-university Training Department of the Institute of Industrial Technologies of the WKITU held a number of meetings with college students in Uralsk.

During the meetings, educational programs, admission conditions, grant opportunities, forms of study, as well as the advantages of student life at WKITU were presented. Special attention was paid to the issues of further employment, participation in scientific projects and international academic mobility programs.

The feedback analysis showed: – the greatest interest was aroused by the specialties of the technical field; – students noted the importance of career prospects when choosing a university; – those present at the meeting also acknowledged that the meeting had influenced their understanding of the University and increased their interest in admission.

The events held confirmed the high relevance of live communication with potential applicants. The University will continue to build partnerships with colleges in the region and create conditions for the smooth integration of college graduates into the university environment.

Career guidance work carried out at colleges is an important tool in attracting motivated applicants and creating a positive image of the university. WKITU will continue to work actively in this direction, creating conditions for the successful transition of college students to higher education.
