On November 13, 2024, a practical lesson on the discipline “Veterinary radiobiology” was held on the topic: “Radiation burns and long-term consequences” with the 3rd year students of the VET-32O group was held in the format of a business game.

The game scenario included the simulation of a radiation incident, during which students were divided into groups, taking on the roles of veterinarians, radiobiologists, and owners of affected animals. Each team had to develop a primary diagnosis plan, assign treatment methods, and suggest preventive measures against further radiation exposure.

During the exercise, students learned to assess the severity of radiation burns, apply their knowledge of radiobiological safety, and work in conditions similar to real professional settings.
