On April 27, 2019, an award ceremony for the winners of the archery competition of the X-th Summer Universiade, organized by the West Kazakhstan Innovative Technological University in cooperation with the National scientific and practical center of physical culture of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the support of the Department of physical culture and sports of the West Kazakhstan region.

According to the results of the competition among the 11 teams of universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, students of the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University took the 1st place in the team event: team men (Mustafin Alikhan, Kostin Artem, Kuanyshkaliyev Manas) – 1st place, mix (Mustafin Alikhan, Kusaiin Talshyn) – 1st place, mix compound (Zhamilova Albina, Sorokin Vladimir) – 3rd place, Olympic circle (Mustafin Alikhan – 1st place, Sorokin Vladimir – 1st place, Kostin Artem – 3rd place, Kusaiyn Talshyn – 3rd place), in the start-up exercise round individual championship (Mustafin Alikhan – 1 me what Kusaiyn Talshyn – 1st place, Artem Kostin – 2nd place, Vladimir Sorokin – 2nd place).

All the winners of the archery competition of the X-th Summer Universiade were awarded medals and diplomas. Commanding cups were awarded to the teams that won prizes: 1 – place West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University (Uralsk), 2 – place Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi (Almaty), 3 – place Zhetysu State University named after I. Zhansugurov (Taldykorgan).

Congratulations to the team of the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University on archery with a well-deserved and unconditional victory at the X-th Summer Universiade of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
