On March 31, 2026, the Department of Finance and Economics organized a meeting with representatives of the Department of Economic Investigations of the Financial Monitoring Agency of the West Kazakhstan Region. The meeting was organized as part of the implementation of the “Adal Azamat” State Program for 2025-2027 in the relevant areas outlined in the Roadmap for Improving the Professional and Personal Qualities of Civil Servants. During the meeting, students were briefed on economic security measures, the importance of digital security, and new methods of protecting against financial fraud.
The main purpose of the event was to explain the basics of digital hygiene, new techniques, and methods of protecting against financial fraud and dropper schemes. Presentations were given on methods of protecting against online fraud, deepfakes, personal data protection, and dropper schemes involving an AI officer of the Financial Monitoring Agency, created using artificial intelligence.
