On February 14, 2025 the department of Power Engineering, Automation and Computer Engineering organized a meeting on the theme “Lesson of integrity” for students of 1, 2 and 3 courses of educational programs Computer Technologies and Information Systems, Electric Power Engineering and Automation and Management. The event was attended by compliance officer of ZKITU Talgat Khasanovich Rakhmetov, senior lieutenant of police Rustam Rakhmetollayevich Tyulyubaev and head of the department Gulnara Shaukatovna Utesheva,

The purpose of the lesson was to familiarize students with the importance of observing morality, ethics and legal standards in professional life. During the meeting the specialists discussed several key topics relevant to the youth audience.

Talgat Khasanovich Rakhmetov spoke about the principles of compliance, the importance of observing corporate ethics and combating corruption. He noted that compliance with the law and internal standards helps to avoid legal and financial risks. Rustam Rakhmetollayevich Tyulyubaev focused on legal aspects related to students, emphasizing the importance of responsibility and honesty in behavior, especially in difficult situations.

Particular attention was paid to the dangers associated with the use of cold weapons and the consequences to which they could lead. Specialists recalled Article 222 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to which illegal possession of cold weapons entails criminal liability, including imprisonment for up to 5 years. They also discussed the harm of late-night parties, where safety hazards can arise, especially when alcohol is consumed. In this context, they talked about the importance of avoiding conflict and violence, as well as the consequences that can arise when participating in fights.

In addition, the harm of drinking alcohol and other beverages that lead to aggression and loss of control was discussed. Specialists emphasized that such actions can not only threaten health, but also lead to legal consequences.

Head of the department Gulnara Shaukatovna supported the initiative of such events and emphasized that the university plays an important role in educating students not only as professionals, but also as citizens, ready to observe high moral standards in their lives and activities. She noted that such lessons help students to realize the importance of observing integrity in any sphere.
