On the eve of International students’ day, the Science and Creativity festival, dedicated to the II stage of the festival “Young researchers – the future of a prosperous Kazakhstan”, was held among all departments of the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University at the House of Youth Culture of Uralsk.
In the nine categories, students demonstrated their skills and won prizes. Thus, according to the results of the competition, in the nomination “Master of ceremonies” the first place was taken by the Faculty of Languages and Management, the second place was taken by the Pedagogical faculty, the third place was taken by the Faculty of Humanities and Law.
In the nomination “Pop singing” the first place went to Dana Dzhonisova (Faculty of Languages and Management), the second place to Farabi Mendybekov (Pedagogical faculty), the third place to Milana Shappazgereeva (Faculty of Languages and Management).
In the nomination “Musical instrument mastery” the first place won the Faculty of Engineering and Technologies, the second place won the Faculty of Languages and Management, the third place won the Pedagogical faculty.
In the nomination “Choreography”, the first place was taken by “Syrgalym” dance group (faculty of languages and management), the second place by “Streed crew” (also faculty of languages and management), and the third place went to the “Joker” dance group (faculty of engineering and technologies).
In the nomination “Expressive reading”: first place – Guldana Tendibaeva (Faculty of Humanities and Law), second place – Irina Kamysheva (Faculty of Languages and Management) third place-group of students of the specialty “Kazakh language and literature” (Pedagogical faculty).
In the nomination “WKITU-2019 Cup”, the KVN team “Eurasia” (faculty of languages and management) took first place, the second place was taken by the team “Exclusive” (pedagogical faculty) and the third place was taken by the team “Zhayik sarbazdary” (faculty of engineering and technologies).
In the nomination “Best fan club” the first place was taken by the Faculty of Engineering and Technologies, the second place was taken by the Faculty of Languages and Management, and the third – by the Pedagogical faculty.
In the nomination “Best Video”, the first place was taken by the Faculty of Humanities and Law, the second place was taken by the Faculty of Engineering and Technologies, and the third place was taken by the Pedagogical faculty.
In the nomination “Best national song” the first place was taken by a student of the Pedagogical faculty Ongar Yeraly due to the lack of participants from other faculties.
It is worth noting that the winners of each nomination will compete in the Regional Competition among universities on November 15.
