The Department of Academic Mobility and International Relations of WKITU announces the opening of applications for academic mobility programs for the upcoming academic year.

University students have a unique opportunity to study abroad for one semester, gain international academic experience, and expand their professional horizons.

Available Partner Universities

• Razzakov Kyrgyz State Technical University— the leading flagship of engineering and technical education in Kyrgyzstan.
• Akmulla Bashkir State Pedagogical University— one of the key scientific, educational, and pedagogical centers of Russia (Ufa).
• Tambov State Technical University— a leading innovative scientific and educational center of the Central Black Earth Region with strong engineering and technological schools.
• A. Stolypin Ulyanovsk State Agrarian University— a major academic center specializing in advanced agricultural technologies, engineering, and veterinary medicine.
• N. Tatishchev Astrakhan State University— the largest classical educational complex and socio-cultural center in Southwestern Russia.
• Udmurt State University — a leading multidisciplinary research university in Udmurtia (Izhevsk), offering a wide range of humanities and natural science programs.
• Almetievsk State Technological Institute — one of Russia’s top specialized scientific and educational centers in oil and gas engineering and modern industrial technologies (Republic of Tatarstan).

Terms of Participation

• Tuition-free education at the host university under partner agreements.
• Credit transfer — all academic credits earned during the semester are officially transferred and recognized at WKITU.
• Requirements for candidates — high academic performance (good GPA) and no academic deficiencies.

• Application deadline: August 10 of the current year.
